Race weekends, finals and peak migration months price very differently from shoulder dates.

Grandstand vs. Paddock Club, general hospitality vs. a private box, standard vs. VIP festival access.

Group size

Larger groups can unlock private suites, exclusive-use villas and charter aircraft.

Stay & extras

Hotel category, private transfers, flights, guides and dining are all built in to suit you.

Paying for your trip

From proposal to departure

    Proposal

    A written proposal with options, inclusions and terms — free and with no obligation.

  2. 02

    Deposit

    A deposit secures tickets, rooms and suppliers. The amount depends on the event and is stated in your proposal.

  3. 03

    Balance

    The balance is due before travel, usually 30–60 days ahead; short-notice trips are paid in full.

  4. 04

    Documents

    Tickets, vouchers and your day-by-day itinerary arrive around 14 days before departure.

Changes & cancellations

Clear terms, in writing

Event tickets and hospitality are often non-refundable once issued, while hotels, villas and charters follow each supplier's own policy. Your proposal lists the exact terms for every element before you pay, and we always recommend travel insurance.
