Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms vary by supplier and by arrangement. Your written confirmation always sets out the terms that apply to you.
Standard arrangements
Most travel arrangements allow free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, after which supplier penalties apply.
Event and sport allocation
Tickets, hospitality and event allocation are generally non-refundable from the moment they are secured, as they are purchased on your behalf.
Changes
Where a change is possible, your specialist will secure it without a FanFly amendment fee. Supplier differences are passed through at cost.
