Contact details you provide in an enquiry, the preferences you share with your specialist, and — only with your consent — anonymous analytics about how the site is used.

To respond to your enquiry, to arrange bookings with suppliers on your instruction, and to improve the service. Suppliers receive only what an arrangement requires. We never sell your information.

Enquiry details are kept while your request is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, so returning clients don't start from zero. Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to your specialist or use the contact page with the subject “Data request”, and we will respond within 30 days.
