This is arranged as a private booking rather than a scheduled departure. Where access is limited, it is because we hold it directly: seats, rooms and tables come from allocations we keep season to season, not from a resale desk.
A specialist takes the brief and stays with it. Transfers are timed to the schedule rather than to the traffic, reservations are made before the itinerary is confirmed, and costs are agreed in writing before anything is committed.

Arrival in Lapland
Private transfer, early check-in where the property allows it, and a quiet first evening with a table already booked.

Lapland Winter Estate
The centrepiece of the trip, arranged privately and timed away from the hours when everyone else arrives.
Day 3
Out of the centre
A full day with a specialist beyond the usual radius, back in time for dinner.
Day 4
Open
Deliberately unplanned. Your host will have suggestions ready if you want them.

Departure
Late checkout where possible, and a car timed to the flight rather than to the checkout hour.
